I’m Andrea Mladin, a serial entrepreneur, speaker, mentor, and startup ecosystem builder. Over 20 years in event organisation and project management, I have brought people, ideas, and complex projects together.
With an MSc in Investment Management, my work spans building ventures, supporting founders, and creating spaces for learning and connection — from Eventland and Pet Travel Advisor to the Startup Generator podcast.
I care about the person behind the business: how we lead, where our attention goes, and how to build work that supports what matters. This is the thread across my speaking, mentoring, and project work.
